My name is Hector Bordenave, and I’m the founder of Premier Cycling Tours, where you can meet new people and enjoy some of Niagara’s finest wines and ales, all while touring the picturesque Niagara Region by bike or car (driver and vehicle provided).

I have always had a passion for cycling, being social and learning about the art of wine making. By having the opportunity to grow up in an area so rich in history, culture and breathtaking landscapes, it didn’t take long to realize that I wanted to share this passion with others.

Premier Cycling Tours was founded in 2013 when a friend mentioned that we should all go for a wine cycling tour after the boxercise session. The participants asked I would tour them around since I knew the area. After the session we all treated ourselves to a great day of cycling, wine tasting and tours. This one enjoyable day encouraged me to share my interests with more people. I figured with my zest for wine tasting, my love for the art of wine making, my enthusiasm to meet new people and my hobby of riding the country roads of Niagara-on-the-Lake that it would be foolish to not provide this experience to others.

It only took one tour for the word to spread and more and more people wanted the opportunity to escape the city life and come enjoy what Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer.
